NAVIGATING THE MARKETS

The deals I stopped are the record that matters.

Anyone can list closings. The work is knowing when not to buy. Every asset introduced here is walked through the same checks, and the checks are shown.

Director, Marketgrapher Ltd.

Armstrong M. Jaja

Every transaction involves multiple competing interests, and the buyer is often the most vulnerable party, even in otherwise credible deals. I represent buyers by identifying and verifying assets that are genuinely worth acquiring, helping them make informed and confident investment decisions.

Private rooms

Review the latest buyer rooms.

What is inside a room

The schedule of checks

What was examined, from what source, on what date, and the result. Pending items are shown as pending, never quietly omitted.

Evidence you can see

Photographs taken on the ground, captioned and in the order they were taken, not stock imagery or a seller’s brochure shots.

The documents themselves

Titles, searches and survey plans, readable in place. Where a document may be downloaded, it is marked as such.

Closed when it should be

A room can be given an expiry, and access is withdrawn the moment it is closed. Nothing stays open by default.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions

A short guide to the things buyers need to know before they begin.

What does Marketgrapher actually do?

We represent the buyer. An asset is walked through the same set of checks, ownership, registry status, survey, and whatever else that asset class demands, and the findings are handed over in full, including the ones that argue against buying.

Who pays you?

The buyer. That is the whole point of the arrangement: being paid by the person acquiring the asset is what makes it possible to advise against a purchase.

Which assets do you cover?

Undeveloped land, developed property, heavy equipment and fleet, and small-business acquisitions. The method is the same across all of them, confirm what is actually owned, and by whom, before money moves.

Where do you operate?

Rivers State at ground level, with Lagos and Abuja active. The checks travel with the asset, so the standard of evidence does not change with the market.

What happens when a check fails?

You are told, and the reasoning is shown. Four deals have been stopped at assessment. Those are the outcomes worth having.

How do I start?

Start a conversation on the contact page. Three short questions so the first reply is useful rather than a brochure, and we go from there.

What is the Deal House?

A set of private rooms, one per asset. Each holds the verification work for that asset, the checks, the evidence and the documents, so it can be read in full before any money moves.

How do I get an access code?

Rooms are opened for a specific buyer on a specific asset. If we are working together on one, you are given its code directly. If you are not yet working with us, start a conversation on the contact page.

Why can I see rooms I cannot open?

The floor shows which rooms are currently open, by internal reference only, never a buyer’s name. Nothing inside a room is readable without its code.

Does a room ever expire?

It can. A room may be given an expiry date, and any room can be closed immediately. Once closed it stops opening for everyone, including anyone holding the code.

What if a check has not come back yet?

It is shown as pending. A room reports the state of the work honestly, including the parts that are unfinished, that is the point of it.
