Armstrong Michael Jaja
I find assets worth owning, and I'm paid by the person buying them. On any deal I take, that means one thing: I am paid by you, and by no one else.
What I do
I represent buyers of high-value assets where ownership is hard to confirm: undeveloped land, developed property, heavy equipment and fleet, and small-business acquisitions. Rivers State at ground level. Lagos and Abuja active. The method is portable.
Where I hold a relationship with a seller, it is disclosed in writing before the asset is introduced. I never take money from both sides of the same deal. Seller-side work runs under Marketgrapher as a separate, openly named line of business.
Where the judgment comes from
HND Surveying and Geoinformatics, Kenule Beeson Saro-Wiwa Polytechnic, Bori, class of 2016. Survey technician at KOBJ Global Resources Ltd: industrial placement in 2014, then March 2018 to November 2021. Cadastral and limited engineering surveys. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Esri ArcGIS. Blue-copy submissions filed for charting at the Ministry of Lands and Survey. Government-acquired areas checked. Community and native-level ownership investigations.
I am surveyor-trained. I do not hold surveyor registration, and I will never tell you otherwise. What the training gives you is simpler: I know what's real.
| Item | Note | Count |
|---|---|---|
| Completed land transactions | Five personal, four advised | 9 |
| Ministry verifications | Walked through, not outsourced | 10 |
| Transactions stopped at assessment | As recalled at this time; the figure may rise | 4 |
The stopped deals are the number I lead with. Anyone can list closings. Almost nobody can tell you what they stopped, and why. Buyers in this state lose land because nobody confirmed the family consent chain before the money moved. That check is the job.
How the money works
5% base, always of purchase price, never of an opinion about value. The engagement fee is credited in full against the success fee. Disbursements run at cost, estimated and approved before they are spent, invoiced separately, never folded into the purchase price. I never handle purchase funds: money moves from you to your lawyer to the seller.
Working with me
I take mandates from twenty million naira. My focus is fifty million and above. If your deal is not something I should take, I will say so, and where I can I will point you at who should.

Tell me what you are trying to buy and where. Today's buyer is tomorrow's seller, so the relationship matters more to me than the transaction.
